In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "hi555", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the hi555 platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the hi555 website, mobile browser interface, all game software, sportsbook, cashier, and related services accessible at the hi555 domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered, or who is using, the hi555 Platform.

Each player may register only one hi555 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, registered mobile number, and contact email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any of these details change.

hi555 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Provision of false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi555 login credentials — your mobile number or username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

hi555 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player Accounts before processing withdrawals. hi555 may also require KYC verification at any other time at its reasonable discretion.

For Pakistani players, KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card);
• Proof of payment method: Confirmation of ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Selfie verification: A live selfie or photograph with your CNIC may be required to confirm that the document holder and Account holder are the same individual.

hi555 typically completes KYC verification within one to four business hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access. hi555 is not liable for delays in processing caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by a player.

hi555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and USDT may differ and are displayed in the hi555 Cashier at the time of transaction.

You warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the payment method used to make deposits into your hi555 Account;
• All funds deposited into hi555 are legitimately obtained and are not proceeds of criminal activity;
• You authorise hi555 to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits where required.

hi555 does not charge fees on deposits. Standard charges applied by your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, or crypto network) are outside hi555's control and are not reimbursed. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction credit.

Withdrawals from a hi555 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hi555 Account holder;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before funds associated with a bonus can be withdrawn;
• hi555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. The maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the hi555 Cashier and may be subject to change. Players with VIP status may have different withdrawal limits as communicated by the hi555 VIP team.

hi555 targets processing of withdrawal requests within ten minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider. hi555 is not liable for delays attributable to the player's payment provider, bank, or network congestion.

hi555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply across all hi555 promotions unless otherwise stated:

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel accessible before gameplay begins. RTP represents the theoretical average return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

hi555 is not responsible for:

• Incomplete game rounds resulting from disconnection due to the player's internet connection or device failure;
• Any loss of winnings caused by a player closing their browser during an active game round;
• Game malfunctions caused by factors outside hi555's control, including but not limited to network provider outages.

In the event of a technical malfunction in a game, all affected bets will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's Balance. hi555's decision on any disputed game round outcome is final.

The hi555 sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and global T20 tournaments), football, UFC, boxing, and other sports. All bets are subject to the following terms:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with hi555's published rules for each sport, available in the sportsbook rules section;
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet;
• hi555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event, market, or bet type at its discretion;
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where live betting is not offered) will be voided;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, hi555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player Balances;
• Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of hi555.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering multiple Accounts or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or bet;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to place bets or make casino game decisions;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or using hi555 to process funds obtained through criminal activity;
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate hi555 transactions with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hi555 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent hi555 technical systems, including through proxy servers, VPNs to access restricted jurisdictions, or other technical means.

hi555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• A chargeback being initiated against hi555 by the player's payment provider;
• A player requesting self-exclusion under the hi555 Responsible Gaming programme;
• Regulatory requirements or direction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, hi555 reserves the right to retain any Balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable time.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their hi555 Account in good standing may do so by contacting hi555 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

All content on the hi555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, brand marks, text, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of hi555 or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi555 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any hi555 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any hi555 software;
• Use hi555 brand marks or logos in any context without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi555's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi555 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside hi555's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, government action, or third-party payment provider failures;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the sportsbook;
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hi555's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

hi555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools available in Account Settings to all verified players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your hi555 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses per day, week, or month. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your active session reaches a duration of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period — from 24 hours to 30 days — during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your hi555 Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period and cannot be reversed through standard account support channels during the exclusion term.
